Sauna Rules & Recommendations

1. Alcohol and nudity are not permitted in the sauna.

 

2. Children under 18 are not permitted to use the sauna.

 

3. Any hanging jewelry and/or watches should be removed before entering the sauna.

 

4. All footwear should be removed before entering sauna. 

 

5. We don’t recommend using the sauna if you are pregnant, ill, suffer from high or low blood pressure, or have trouble sweating.

 

6. If your party doesn’t show up, your spot(s) will be lost after 15 minutes.

Sauna session details

All sauna sessions start on the hour and are 45 minutes long. This gives us time to reset and clean the space, and it gives you time to change and pack up before the next group comes in to steam! We recommend taking a break to cool off outside of the sauna every 10-15 minutes. Email slolifesauna@gmail.com with any questions!
